Applying alternating temperatures to the feet, hands and ears helps stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation, allowing reflexes to be addressed more deeply, and so enabling more effective healing and drainage of toxins from the body. Whilst the feet are worked further stone placements under the spine and on the chakra points relax the body, balance energy and enhance the treatment.
